Pros

•Weekly Pay •Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental) •Very Flexible W/ Schedules •OT Given out like crazy •Clean Environment to work in •Starbucks, Bagels every Friday, awesome lounge with cable.

Cons

•Upper Management is supposed to be there to help and definitely isn't. •Issues are never resolved. •Favoritism to the MAXX •There is no Confidentiality with employee info, everybody knows everyone's issues. •Reviews/Evaluations were always late. •Managers are complete power trippers, they need to learn how to be humble. •Horrible turn-over on the dispatch floor.

Pros

Steady employment with plenty of overtime. Management does care about employees and does what they can within their power to make things work. Coworkers are generally nice and care about each other. Flexible scheduling, which is perfect for those of us with children or school. Supervisors are nice and do what they can for us. On occasion you do save a life or stop a robbery which is a nice feeling.. Those who complain haven't been in the real-world. This is not high school. When you do something wrong, you will be called out on it. Follow guidelines and policies and honestly this is a great place to work. Keep your expectations in check! The Management did a overhaul of the training/supervisor staff not long ago and since it has been awesome. New staff are energetic and thoughtful. They also changed hiring process and now focus on hiring positive-minded people.

Cons

Some coworkers are negative, but that is generally a reflection of them, not the company. It is a strict environment...which isn't exactly a con, but is a reality because of the type of business. The base pay is not great. You can supplement that with OT, but the base salary should be increased IMO.

Pros

Great colleagues!! Starbucks coffee machine.

Cons

Recently I heard a former Supervisor that was let go due to 3-4 sexual harassment allegations during my employment at NMC was rehired and it’s absolutely astonishing! Basically undermining sexual harassment in the work place and deeming it to be okay??!! Keep track of your hours because paycheck mishaps is a regular thing. Know your rights and labor laws because there are phony regulations being enforced that are completely illegal but sadly no one wants to speak up due to fear of retaliation.
