Some people are friendly, but seems fake

Cons

I experienced an extremely negative culture at PTA with many of the different offices saying negative things about the other behind people’s backs. I found this environment quite toxic. PTA also had an incredibly poor social media and communications reach with an extremely confusing website. Who reads or watches this stuff? No one. I believe the mission behind PTA is strong, but the poor culture and bad mouthing brings the whole organization down.

Gossipy coworkers, trouble makers/toxic employees run under the radar, laid off staff unexpectedly a couple months ago, workload increased, no clear direction to make things better.
