Pros
If you can hear the pager system and the other employees over the loud machines and the ear plugs you wear, then congratulations you can do the job. Pay is good, hours are steady. Nice coworkers, most people just living for the weekend.
Cons
Deafeningly loud, you get so dirty that getting in your car without a shower is not an option, but its not really a problem either they have showers. But you will probably breath in the nasty pigment dust into your lungs and sinuses. Its worth a try though if you can do the job.
