Pros

Exposure to various clients and marketing platforms can look good on your resume - but this is the only real benefit.

Cons

-Collaboration is an illusion; every department functions on its own agenda. -Conflicting instructions from multiple sides create constant confusion. -Brand managers are left to clean up the mess caused by poor coordination. -The workload is overwhelming compared to the limited resources available. -Deadlines overlap nonstop, forcing teams into panic mode instead of real planning. -Burnout spreads quickly because no one can keep up with the chaos. -Creativity dies when every task feels like a desperate attempt to survive another week.

Pros

I’ve been with this company for over 10 years, and honestly, it’s been an amazing place to grow my career. The people here are smart, supportive, and genuinely care about doing great work for our clients. Leadership is approachable and always open to new ideas, which makes a big difference. I’ve seen a few of the negative reviews, and they really don’t reflect what it’s like here. The overall culture is positive, collaborative, and focused on helping everyone succeed. If you’re passionate about digital marketing and want to be part of a team that values both results and people, this is a great place to be.

Cons

The work can be demanding at times, especially during busy campaign seasons, but it’s also what keeps things exciting. However, Mgmt really takes care of their employees
