      Person in charge of temps tried to “fix” Maura’s unbelievable treatment where she probably just could not believe how this lady was treating me

      Cons

      Unprofessional rude cold hearted recruiter told me financial companies in NY only look for beautiful young recently graduated girls and that i would NEVER be hired! Even telling me her boss had sent a young cute girl for a job she was not qualified based on her looks and age and that she got the job! I can’t wait to sue this woman!

      Pros

      Wow! I was hesitant about working at a staffing agency again after having some bad experiences at the last agency I was with. I'm still pretty new here but have come to realize that this agency is unlike any other. Here I get to work independently but also have the support from highly experienced management. Everyone here has the same goal; we all want to succeed in growing the company and be a part of something bigger. I see my direct manager is a mentor not just someone who manages me. I've never seen that any where I've worked in my last 9 years in the industry. This is a true team environment and I love it!

      Only negative is I'd like to work an earlier shift but it isn't available.
