      Pros

      Salary and commissions were good. Colleagues in my department were great. Traveling and comps were good.

      Cons

      Management was constantly yelling and demoralizing. Long hours with phone calls and texts during weekends and off time from management pressuring about sales numbers. Work at home was not an option.

      Pros

      The most fulfilling job I have ever had! Having the opportunity to work with high school athletes and help them fulfill their dreams of playing college athletics is great. The reputation NSR has with college coaches is unmatched. From day one, my emails were responded to and phone calls taken by college coaches at all levels. The technology, tools, culture, and leadership support from top to bottom allows me to focus on my athletes to ensure they are doing the proper things throughout the recruiting process. If you love sports and enjoy helping change an athletes life, NSR is the place to be!
