Owner sells company to the employees he hired 20 years ago.

Pros

We established an employee owned company many to reward the talented people we hired . We were able to retain 70 percent of our staff.

Cons

There was no limit to the earning potential at this company.We had a staff of 24 Directors and 3 of them billed over a million dollars consistently .

This is a truly wonderful place to work. As an admin I did a lot of data entry and other misc tasks around the office, so when the date entry go too boring I could switch it up and do the office supply order or transcribe recorded conversations. Everyone is friendly and caring. I keep in touch with most everyone there, years later. If you have any interest or aptitude for recruiting they will take you under your wing and there is plenty to do.

Cons

Data entry can be extremely tedious. If you have no interest in recruiting there is no opportunity for advancement.

Pros

Tight knit community of colleagues who truly care about one another. Lots of snacks. No micro managing. Fair compensation policy and management is open to reviewing terms onces they've become outdated or complicated.

Cons

hours can be long, but thats really up to you. Some competitveness but thats part of the industry.
