      From Great to Horrible in just over a year

      Pros

      You get a paycheck and you may have an opportunity to work on interesting mission work. Benefits are ok, but not great. Stated values are good, but not attained by new management.

      Cons

      The original executive team was gutted by investors and replaced by people who don't know what they are doing. They cut staff by 1/3 and can't execute their strategy and now there is no support for people in the field.

      Hard to find adult behavior, everything is based on finger pointing and i have to believe it starts at the top.

      The office in Reston was nice.

      Cons

      Very unethical. As soon as they sold, we were told our training benefits were cutoff even though that was part of our fringe benefit package. The HR department was a laughingstock. The executives only cared about themselves. The folks out of the "DANNO" MD office were very unprofessional.
