Fun industry and great cars. Good pay and benefits. Nice headquarters and RVA shop

No job security No realistic expectations for performance MGMT has no respect for subject matter experts in their field Little thought towards in depth operations solutions, more focused on easy high-profit fixes rather than permanent solutions. Will require you to relocate and then fire you without warning after a handful of months.
