      Pros

      Growing company with a very flexible atmosphere. You are free to work however you work best as long as you complete projects and meet deadlines.

      Cons

      Projects can be unpredictable and some months require a lot more work than others

      Great boss and the projects given are very hands-on and relevant, giving you good work experience.

      Not paid, which is frustrating working 20 hrs a week for no pay.

      Get to work from home. Flexible schedule. Great resources. Supportive management. Lots of autonomy.

      Cons

      They keep the fridge at HQ stocked with soda but not the fridge in my home/office. What's up with that?
