Pros

Working with the students is fun. Get free housing, food, and travel expense covered for the duration. Would recommend based on how funny of an experience it is.

Cons

Long hours. You're up from at least 8AM till 11PM with breaks in between. Can definitely be stressful sometimes managing large groups of students.
