Pros

Good place if you are looking for long term stability and a non-challenging work. Mostly friendly enviroment. Underwritting is full of smart and proficent people, good job!

Cons

Forget about career development opportunities, bonuses and raises. Make sure to finish on time your repetitive duties, they don´t allow overtime. But, also most of activities are easy to do and does not take a lot of mental effort to do well . There is a funny guy in a really high position who doesn´t know anything about processes, he cannot control his libidinous leering and the entire company notices. And is true, HR doesn´t do anything.

Pros

There is a 401K and medical coverages. The work week is 37.5 hours. Company has discounted movie passes available for purchase.

Cons

Wage increases are always below cost of living. No matter how you improve processes or increase the bottom line, there is no recognition.

Toxic Workplace

Pros

Vacation/ sick time is decent, insurance is OK. Work is unexciting and certainly not challenging so if you're looking for work where you can do the most minimum and get paid for at least 37.5 hours a week, this could be the place for you.

Cons

--Management plays favortism big time. If you're not buddies with the higher up management, then you'll be looked over and underappreciated. --Little to no room for growth, don't expect promotions unless again, you know someone higher up or just kiss up a lot. The "raises" you get at the end of the year are minimal and hard to live on, which gives most workers little motivation to excel at their work anyways. --They give you sick time and vacation days, but they don't like it when you use them. You can be pulled aside (personal story) and told to not use any more days unless you want to be written up. --Training is poor to say the least. Usually you're thrown off to another employee and it's up to them if they really want to walk you through everything. You get in trouble if you don't know something even if never taught it. --Very jaded environment altogether. People can be gossipy and judgmental. Supervisors often look the other way. Super cliquey.
