- Supportive and collaborative team culture — everyone’s willing to lend a hand. - Management is approachable and open to feedback. - Role gave me broad exposure to different departments, which helped build a lot of transferable skills. - The office space is modern and well-equipped, and there are weekly company lunches and team-building activities that make it a fun environment. - HR and leadership make a real effort to recognize and appreciate employees.

Open door policy between those in the frontlines and the decision makers.

Cons

Decisions are made on the fly and results are expected to happen right there and then. It's fast paced but with too many cooks in the kitchen.
