Truly none that I can think of, except paycheck received.

Cons

Hire underqualified people and compartmentalize them into narrow-scope roles so their shoddy practices are not easily recognized. Managers/employees were so stressed that you could frequently hear people shouting, cursing, demeaning staff.

Pros

Pay isn't bad, flexibility was great, I was allowed to work remote after Covid restrictions ended.

Cons

Raises aren't great, before i left they switched insurances and it was horrible and the price was what we were paying before with worse benefits. Executive management does not let their VP or Managers do their jobs.
