Favoritism No accountability from management Feels like high school (have to make the “right friends” to get a promotion) Low pay unless you work in the offices Unprofessional management (cussing and yelling at people) No real training (they only cross train you only if they lose people) They only hire unskilled people and drug addicts The same people get awards and promotions because they all vote and write reviews for each other A lot of the worker are miserable and bitter
