Pros
first real job I had and learned what type of environment I don't want to be in
Cons
They say "they value" the employees but really they jut work you to death for minimal pay. They are understaffed for the amount of work they have and you have to take on multiple peoples work loads. You are required to finish others work if they don't get to. It is forced "Team work" but in reality you just end up having to cover the lazy workers or you look bad and they still don't get fired. This job has a fast turn around because of the work you are forced into. Overall awful place to work but you have to start somewhere. NOTE when you leave your boss can not give you a personal/ professional reference because it against company policy. They alone makes it sketchy as you can only move within it will not help you outside of Nationwide.
