      Cons

      Location if you're not already in the east, otherwise I've been with the business for 15 years, there's not much I can fault

      Nationwide is an amazing company to work for! As part of the RACV group, there is an excellent benefits offering, many opportunities to develop both internally as well as within the broader group and managers that support flexibility and work-life balance.
