Pros
Health insurance, dental, vision. Positive atmosphere. Good hours. Billing was closed on weekends. Employees help each other to achieve billing goal.
Cons
Phlebotomist needed more training. Lot of mistakes with patient and insurance information. Doctors office also sent missing information. Made Billings and other departments with difficult tasks
