Nice environment teamwork is there manager is fair and works with you at all levels very involve with staff is easy to reach when needed

Upper management at administration not so warm and very unprofessional when it comes to resolving issues with both employees and clients. Some clients have ended up in dire situations despite their efforts in reaching out to resolve issue; one has even died as a result of upper management ignoring this person's situation another is homeless due to ignoring the attempted communication to all board members to help resolve situation.

First, change the name to Caucasian Connections. This place has the worst CEO and senior management that I ever worked for. Their CFO is racists, and their COO is running this place to the ground and the CEO is letting them. A lot of good minority workers have left for all these reasons.
