Disorganized, blaming and shaming staff, over burdened admin leaves staff abandoned

Pros

Strives to meet the needs of community, client and community centered, caring staff.

Cons

There is favoritism and rules change depending on who you are and who you know. Unclear and unreasonable expectations, poor leadership and no organizational training or team building. A lot of pointing fingers and shaming staff goes on here. There is no uniform process and channels for dealing with problems are tainted with nepotism.

A few caring co-workers who are supportive and hardworking. A few helpful employees who want to make a difference. Caters to the poor community.

Cons

Contradictory messages to staff. Doesn't value employee opinions and input. Lacks support from management. Favoritism apparent throughout organization. Unsafe practices throughout organization and swept under the rug. Lack of leadership skills and untrained staff. Lack of accountability for decisions made by upper management. Disorganized, chaotic and hostile environment. Workers stealing from the company and taking advantage of the system. Payroll issues -- employees not getting paid on time and accurately. Lack of access to patients -- hard for patients to get through phones, get referrals or medications or appointments.
