Pros

* Some good people are still around * Code quality differs, but some is quite modern.

Cons

* Most good people left the company or were let go. Brain drain affecting institutional knowledge * Emphasis on marketing of mediocre products rather than creating good new products * C-level changes every few years, no focus on long-term company health * Politics in the middle management * Some teams are rather dysfunctional, lots of micromanagement and meetings get in the way of productive work.

great colleagues, team events and overall culture

Cons

mediocre management, especially the digital product division didn't work really well career development was lacking when I was there

Financial instability Owned by an investing company that makes it money prioritized Incapable managers Vocals get the award while real workers embittered Pressure to release often technical debt Nonsensical agile practices, meeting for meetings with no real action points and etc.
