      * great team and team spirit * really interesting and motivating topics & projects * ability to make a difference for teams and products on an individual level

      Cons

      * a lot of confusion and management mistakes at the top management level in the last 3 years. There have been now many changes and they are really trying to do things differently, but it remains to be seen how this develops * several service departments suffer from understaffing in combination with the tools they use * growth & development of internal people has been an issue

      working in the beating heart of music culture globally is extremely inspiring. the quality of the products and platform services are a great asset to work with the company is still managed by the founders who’s ambition to change the world of music creation and their entrepreneurship offer an extraordinary drive. the culture of the company is pleasant, respectful and friendly. most of the people are musicians or have a deep love for music and music culture: good global crowd.

      Cons

      extreme growth of the company is causing some confusion and tension in strategic choices and execution. although the company is committed to change this, the number of women in leadership positions can be improved. small company so a career path is limited
