If you struggle to work within ambiguity, don't like a lot of change and prefer clear structures and a chain of command - then it may not be the best place for you right now. It's not for everyone and it probably differs depending on the role and the team.
NI is on a journey and in many areas this is ongoing and iterative, it is by no means perfect and requires some patience. A lack of clear process can be challenging (unless you like to build and create it) and as with most mid-sized companies, there are not enough resources to do everything all at once; it requires most to work at a both a concept creation and a hands on level and there are no ivory towers (or corner offices) in sight!
