Pros
There are very few pros when it comes to working at Native Rank. There is a lot of sarcasm and joking that goes around. That makes it more eventful.
Cons
Pretty much everyone is treated like crap. It doesn't matter if you work in sales, account management, or administration. The Execs do what they want and have their own good ol' boys club. Everyone else is just pawns. There is absolutely no career growth. You can ask and ask, but you will always be asked to stay in your current position. Where you maybe make $30k a year, if you're lucky. You will also be scolded daily if you work in sales.
