Terrible Management

Pros

Working with a top quality product and chefs in London

Cons

No HR department, very sexist senior management, terrible pay, no support or structure, toxic environment that takes advantage of employees. All the very worst parts of working in the food industry at this company, avoid at all costs. There are clearly some fake 5 star reviews on here, don’t believe them.

Pros

Rapidly growing business, exciting to be part of. Can learn a lot.

Cons

Little to no work-life balance. People are overworked and underpaid. Employee churn is unsettling. No HR. No real perks if you're working from home. Really weird system of getting the employee discount on Natoora products. Employees not really thought of. Perks aren't really a thing here.

Pros

Incredible fruits and vegetables! People apart from management are friendly.

Cons

Too many uneducated, uncultured men working at the company. They have very sexist and racist attitudes. They don't develop staff at all. Terrible salary especially considering the hardwork involved.
