Pros

Customer Service Manager was the best manager I worked for in all the jobs I ever had.

Cons

Pays well below market average for their positions, no room for growth. They make up fake title changes but not offer raises for those title changes, at least without demanding a raise from them. Every department is all the same disappointing, unorganized chaos. If you are in CS, even as a manager you will spend more time solving customer tickets than being able to manage a team. They also refused to hire for business needs in both their offices and their warehouse. Senior Management only cares about saving costs. Multiple 311 and OSHA violations in their NJ warehouse that were swept under the rug as well. Untrustworthy colleagues that refused to accept accountability for their mistakes. Nepotism and favoritism also are issues here. The office culture is also non existent: people rarely communicate with one another. In design/PD, they work long hours and have a high turnover rate due to the toxicity of the senior PD manager. In fashion it is sadly expected to have a cutthroat atmosphere, however there is a difference between a competitive environment and a toxic workplace. There are much better CS/ E comm positions that are available and will compensate a more livable wage.

Pros

No overtime and delegated tasks had fair expectations

Cons

Toxic culture, no room to move up, very strict hours (no leaving early, even by 5 minutes), extremely long meetings (2-4 hours on average, sometimes 6)
