None. They are frauds in the world of marketing. Avoid them like the plague.

Cons

They are the bizarro world of The Wizard of Oz. Soulless and miserable cronies who feed off the CEO. The tinman lacks both heart and courage. They are play acting. No substance whatsoever.

It's a small agency that feel like a little family. Everyone helps out and we all work as a team to complete our daily tasks

Cons

Since it's a bit smaller, sometimes workload can be overwhelming. We do our best to have a work/life balance, but it can feel like you're drowning in work on certain days.

Smart people looking to make a difference. A couple of core big brands that keep the work interesting. 100% remote for all employees. Collaboration is the key word and everyone practices it.

Cons

Sometimes the hours can be a little wonky, since the main client is located in Europe. Every now and again it would be nice to go into an office. My Microsoft Teams app is getting a lot of use.
