Pros

The Product, The UK management. The customers.

Cons

Management don't allow you to grow and flourish. Oppressive ambience in the office. The culture there is one of fear to speak up - and if you're do, you're in the firing line to be managed out and be unfairly discriminated against.

Pros

Good voice product for salesforce

Cons

Sadly a terrible experience and one in a long line of sales people that have been exploited. I accepted the role as I was told there was already a strong pipeline and consistent leads. That wasn't the case at all. Heavily micromanaged from manic leadership and after signing its 2 largest clients was let go with no reason and no commission. Horrible experience start to finish.

Global company so can feel like australia is the other side of the world.
