Pros

If you’re someone who enjoys the process of cultivating and curating an array of products from your plants, the technology the facility has is fantastic and the library of genetics is amazing! A select few people there are actually incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful.

Cons

Most toxic work environment I have ever been a part of. The amount of disorganization in the company is astonishing for having such a big facility. It’s essentially like working for an Amazon where house in that you’re overworked, underpaid, and told “that’s just how the industry is”. The only upside is that your able to smoke weed all day to forget how much you’re being taken advantage of. They literally hire anybody they can get and it shows in the performance of some employees. Some supervisors and managers are EXTREMELY rude, arrogant, and have big egos. I had a supervisor who took credit for other employees suggestions and improvements and saw themselves move up faster than those who actually put in the work to deserve it. I was also brought up to a supervisors position and was told I would get a pay increase and a bonus by one manager, who failed to actually make this a reality. When I brought it to their attention a MONTH later that I was not getting paid what I was promised, they told me to focus on the job and the money would follow. However the money did not follow and instead I was subjected to having multiple people wanting consistently different expectations and because nobody could agree, I was the one everyone else blamed for the issue. They definitely pick favorites and don’t pick their favorites based on work ethic, but on how much those employees can just shut up and work while helping to spread the myth and pretend that Natura is a positive place. It seems as if there was no planning on how the process of work flow would occur and they just kind of threw together a fancy facility without having any knowledge of how to successfully run a business. Definitely just a cash cow for the investors, partners, and those in upper management. Everyone else gets the crumbs.

Pros

Natura is diverse but everyone shares the same passion for the cannabis industry. Subject matter experts can be found in every department, and this is the place to grow and learn from others around you. My favorite part about working for Natura is the company culture. I've worked at other companies where you are just another number. I never feel this way in my current position, which is super refreshing! If you are looking for a work environment that fosters learning and personal development, this is the place to be!

Cons

Parking can be hard to find due to construction, thankfully this is wrapping up.
