Employees with great skills and friendly personality. Fast paced with an opportunity to learn a lot.

Cons

The management makes uninformed decisions which often leads to failure. They don’t trust the people they have hired for the job and they instead micromanage everyone. There is a feeling of fear for speaking up. The managers are inexperienced so the employees have no appropriate guidance. There is a very strong facade on LinkedIn that it’s a great company to work for but there has been a great turnover the past year.

Friendly colleagues, skills set in general is good, and employees engagement towards Women's health is real. I would recommend the company for anyone who like to work under pressure and looking for changes almost everyday.

Cons

The management team kills the positive atmosphere and energy by creating a judgemenral environment. Mindset: Employees should just execute.l but will still be responsible in case of bad results Turn Over: During the past 8 months many people have left the company, the reasons behind these people leaving was hidden from employees and happened suddenly. Employees now fear they might be the next one to be asked to leave. I won't recommend the company to anyone looking for stability, someone who likes to work on a project longer than 2 weeks, or anyone looking for good mentoring or leadership environment

Great product and generally talented friendly co-workers

Cons

No trust in management who make decisions for the company and personnel based on feelings and individual preferences rather than sound business judgement. Promotions don't seem to be based on merit as much as personal relationships.
