Great benefits but poor QA management practices
Pros
The pro for working with factors is the benefits package. The healthcare coverage is excellent, and the flexible time-off policies have made it easier for me to balance my personal and professional responsibilities.
Cons
While the company has strengths, I struggled with QA management practices that included favoritism, excessive micromanagement, and public criticism during meetings. These issues created an environment where employees often felt undervalued and hesitant to speak openly. A stronger focus on fairness, trust, and respectful communication would significantly improve the workplace culture. Employees were not always given the opportunity to explain their side before being held responsible for issues.Being blamed for matters without proper fact-checking was frustrating and affected trust in leadership.
