Pros
I feel like I have learned a trade or new skill that benefits me and makes me more of an asset. They definitely notice and reward hard work. I have gotten 2 raises in my first year. So far it seems like a great place to make a career. Great benefits.
Cons
Its fast paced and stressful sometimes, but it does make you needed and not expendable. Most of the stress comes from meeting deadlines and growth of the company.

Pros
Fast growing company so there’s a lot of opportunities if you’re willing to go for it. Ownership is really involved and stays in touch with what’s going on. Feels stable with good pay and benefits.
Cons
It’s fast paced and constant so it can be exhausting at times. But it’s also a good sign that the company is healthy.
