      Pros

      Decent benefits, neat office, some great people there. Lots of swag, treats and perks.

      Cons

      Lack of goal: the studio frequently changes it's mind regarding what it is trying to achieve, ends up achieving nothing. Some teams are incredibly, unbelievably toxic, certain individuals display very concerning behaviour and get covered by management not because of their skill, but because of a very strong clique culture. No growth potential because the studio is in a financial pit. Working hours are longer than in most places. One needs to be okay with cutthroat approach to succeed here.
