Pros

Good Work environment to work with some nice seniors. Good Salary structure. Will get a lot of time to learn technologies. Work pressure is average. Nice activities, picnic frequently. Good Management who can take care of your problems. Lots of fun among seniors & juniors

Cons

Office location is in residential area, not in a corporate area. No newer technologies is used. Single client with a single project. No job security because if the only client will stop paying to the company, the company will also stop paying to its employees, but I hope this situation will never come in future.
