The people here are really great and the work can be really fun. If you enjoy being in the outdoors and sparking a love of nature and science in middle schoolers, this is the place for you.

Cons

The days are long and tiring. You are living with your coworkers which always creates unique dynamics.

Tons of curricular freedom, great opportunities to work outside and learn about nature, housing and food quite good considering industry standards. Pay seems competitive for the industry.

Cons

Long hours, limited free time, job can be very stressful, and it is difficult to retain work/life balanced.
