      Flexibility, no limit on hours, if you don't want to work that week, you don't have to.

      Cons

      Disorganized , you might not get shifts between days to a month at a time, they are poor communicators.

      Nature's Fusions makes it's employees feel like each one is a part of their family. You have the opportunity to see how a startup looks and feels with the ups and downs that come with it.

      Cons

      Nature's Fusions is still a smaller company, so if you're looking for a large corporate company this isn't for you.
