      Pros

      Great products and you get a nice employee discount, good benefits.

      Cons

      Mis-managed, they really play favorites, cold culture, a lot of "us vs. them" mentality amongst the various brand teams. There is a revolving door of talent because of all of this. The pay was not great, but I cannot speak to all positions.

      High achieving culture, no path for growth

      Pros

      The senior leadership team has invested a lot of resources in marking and sales over the past two years. Colleagues really understand their business and their jobs.

      Cons

      Lower level employees do not have a path for growth and they are stuck at the bottom. Moreover, lower level employees have incredibly high qualifications (often MBAs) yet are not trusted to make decisions or attend key meetings. Management understands the business but does not show great empathy for employees, not do they attempt to connect with employees on a more human level. This goes for the senior leadership team down to the manager level.
