It Gets Worse

-Nice office with free snacks, drinks, coffee. -Fun employee teambuilding events -Some of the people are amazing -The overall mission is very important and motivating.

Cons

-After a couple of years, you see how things really are. So much office politics, favoritism, secrets. -Morale is at an all time low, with terrible management and leadership. -Hardly any room for growth, unless you are a “teachers pet” or a friend of someone. -No transparency as to how the Company is doing. -Inconsitent policies, again that favor certain people.
