Pros

Benefits existed and remote work was possible sometimes.

Cons

• I did the work, hit my targets, and received zero recognition, as if my output meant nothing and went completely unnoticed. • There was never any real feedback or discussion about performance, leaving me unsure whether anything I did mattered at all. • I watched achievements I delivered months earlier get credited to others, making it clear that visibility mattered far more than actual results. • I kept showing up and performing because I needed the income, but every day made it more obvious that my contributions were not valued. • There was never any acknowledgment of effort or impact, only silence while I continued to push forward.

Pros

Selling organic mattresses and bedding to retail partners and B2B accounts. Good training on the science and what sets the products apart. Competitive pay plus commissions. Company with a clear mission, which makes conversations easier.

Cons

Takes lots of patience and determination to build new retail accounts

Pros

-Great ethos behind products -When it’s going well you feel very involved and like what you’re doing matters

Cons

This job gave me the most whiplash I’ve ever experienced. Employees are hired and hyped up only to be let go via a 30 second phone call from a lawyer with no explanation. Attractive employees and those with family ties will stay at the top of this business. The CGO is swarmy, and would rather further his career and get a podcast feature than actually guide and direct his reports. Watching people you care about get let go abruptly and seeing how they talk about them when they leave makes you very nervous for your exit.
