      Heart's in the right place, but not prepared for growth

      Pros

      Great products, strong opportunities for external product training.

      Cons

      Terrible pay for highly qualified staff. Men in the same position are paid higher even with less education/credentials. Poor culture due to CEO communication, if things aren't done above and beyond you will get reamed-out. Problem focused over solution focused. Blame is always passed (lack of ownership for the problems). They want to see you step into higher roles without being compensated fairly for those roles. The more you do for the less money, they more they add to your plate. Struggle to be an inclusive culture.

      Pros

      Actual content of work is great and most people are great. Love knowing that I can help people connect with what they need to care for their health.

      Cons

      Bad communication all around, overworked, unappreciated. No work/life balance. Low pay. Owner is not friendly whatsoever.

      Pros

      Free samples, coworkers are cool, if you can trust them Leaving the place behind me.

      Cons

      Too many to mention, Literally the most toxic work environment one could imagine. A revolving door should be their company logo. As their turnover rate is spectacular. Underpaying over expectant, no ones smile reaches their eyes. Pretty emblematic of underlying issues that noone is willing to address or work upon, due to fear of retaliation. Heck, even writing this scares me. Surface conversations only! Anything you say will most likely be used against you in the most willfully ignorant manner achievable. Problem focused instead of solution based. Genuinely not a good place to be.
