      Extremely understanding and great work cuture

      Cons

      They have head office in NS, just pray to god you do not have to deal with them. Extremely difficult to deal with and total opposite work environment than local office.

      Pros

      Largely a really capable, knowledgeable, supportive and positive group of people doing interesting and worthwhile work. The company values inclusivity and diversity (and it shows). Lots of opportunities to learn from others.

      Cons

      Negative behaviour from people in the company has gone unchallenged for a long time, and so there are some people who the rules don't seem to apply to. Integrity and respect begin at the top.
