      Pros

      Communication! No matter what, whether it is about salary or raises or bonuses or anything desk related, the communication is crystal clear and transparent! There is also an amazing support team from fellow adjusters to supervisors to administrative team members that, no matter what, are there for you. And finally, your voice is heard. I'm asked my opinion. I'm not degraded or belittled, I'm asked what should we do? What's your thought on X? or Y?

      Cons

      None found yet. I'm sure there are cons. Maybe the system is a bit overwhelming at first but you get used to it and it becomes an amazing tool for claims processing and handling.

      Pros

      The culture is so positive and up-lifting. They really make a point of cultivating a team environment.

      Cons

      The only con was that I was fully remote and worked ina different state and did not get to experience the office environment… but that is not a reflection on the company, just my personal circumstance

      Nautilus has survived multiple downturns in its 35+ year history in the fitness industry. The reason is that the core values persist: Nautilus makes innovative products that help people. I'm not a manager, I just someone who believes in the mission of this company because what we do is super cool.

      Cons

      There are companies fighting for their lives to get to where Nautilus is today. Let's celebrate where we are, not lament where we've been.
