Pros
Good team atmosphere, small enough that most people know each other. A solid core of decent workers in the main.
Cons
The CEO is a bit blinkered, and has sacrificed the bread and butter products that used to keep the company ticking over, for larger, flashier pieces, that have a higher individual return, but nowhere near the unit sales. This has led to redundancies.
