      Pros

      I have fantastic mentors and managers. They have been invested in my growth and success. Employees are well taken care of. I feel like my ideas are heard and implemented. Company offers amazing benefits and great work life balance. I'm surprised by a couple of the negative reviews that I have read on here, if you aren't happy here, you probably wont be happy anywhere 🤷‍♂️ (every company has a couple of employees like this). After reading, I wanted to give a positive shout out that this is the best employer that I've ever had.

      Cons

      The only one that I can think of is that sometimes you are required to drop some initiatives that you've been working on to pivot to new initiatives. I think this is pretty typical at a start up. It doesn't really bother me because I've always expected this in my work load, but some people get frustrated by it.

      Pros

      Help small business thrive and survive! Unexpected gift baskets. Great teams and great leadership. Unlimited time of that you are encouraged to use. They care about their teams well being.

      Cons

      401k match would be awesome, but I believe this will becoming sooner rather than later.
