      Has been a very welcoming environment to join. Onboarding was really smooth and everyone has been very professional and high caliber. Strong focus on culture, people, and growth.

      The work, the clients and peers have been fantastic. Remote work. Availability of technology and ability to direct some of the work. You will learn, from the good and the cons.

      Cons

      Managers and leadership incentive structure leads to poor decisions just for a temporary fatter pay check. Its not unheard of in this industry that if managers pay is tied to how well a project is doing and how much work managers are obtaining and growing, whenever managers are unabke to secure more work, basically is an attrition game by means of poor performance reviews and toxic environment leading to employees quitting. 401k vesting is trash compared with market. 4% match and 6 yrs vesting period, with an intro 2 years to gain 20% of vested amounts, and each year after increases 20%, attrocious, and reflects the mindset of leadership.
