I wish there was any but none

Old school working structure not open to change. Don't like hybrid working and want you on site 5 days a week when it isn't needed. Poor working conditions overall. Management think they are god and will belittle you at any point given, Would not recommend unless you want to lose your mental health and general will to live. Such a toxic environment and nobody seems to be doing anything about it but people are leaving weeks into the role.

colleagues are generally helpful and friendly

Cons

Senior management is incompetent and dishonest. HR are too busy increasing their network and getting rid of staff they don't like. Too many inexperienced staff who dont get the support they need.
