Pros
There's not a single bad apple on the software development team. Every day I was humbled and honored to have worked with such a smart and personable group of engineers.
Cons
The commute is difficult if you live pretty far down East Bay or South Bay, which is something that can't really be controlled unless you can work out some kind of living stipend arrangement that makes it easier to move. Not sure if this is a thing that they plan to offer in the future but it would certainly make it easier to avoid traveling.
