      Listened to by management, able to share new thoughts and ideas, flexibility, great benefits

      Still in a start up biotech mentality, so there are some strains with that, but overall still a great company

      Supportive enviornment, easy growth, fast growing company

      There's nothing really to say, like most companies it could use better communication but it's a start up and still getting it's feet on the ground business-wise
