Pros

Free Food however in exchange they will take your soul out of you. Only join this organisation if you don't have any personal life/family/friends.

Cons

Let me set the scene: picture a workplace so delightfully toxic that it's like a chemistry experiment gone hilariously wrong. So, you've got these managers, right? They've mastered the ancient art of nodding their heads, even if you're explaining quantum physics to them. And hold onto your hats, because the path to success here is paved with the most precious currency of all: being a YES MAN or YES WOMAN. Remember that mythical thing called 'work-life balance'? Yeah, it's as elusive here as a unicorn wearing a disguise. These folks have sold their souls to SATAN (that's right, all caps) in exchange for an eternity of high-pressure chaos. The atmosphere is so charged, it's like a reality show where no one cares about you, and the only goal is to see who can juggle the most tasks while tap dancing on a unicycle. Managers with fragile ego, these legends will have you working during your notice period with the zeal of a squirrel on energy drinks. It's the ego circus, and you're the star performer!

Pros

Pays well and owns your soul Free food with insects

Cons

The worst work culture ive seen in any company. Completely toxic people who try to backstab each other and put them down to grow. Everybody has this tone of passive aggressiveness as they push you to work on things and get them done in unrealistic timelines. After slogging for extended hours, ceo mentions in townhall that productivity of employees is not enough. Managers dont know how to push back on things and expect you to work over weekend or throught nights to get work done. Work life balance is non existent here and this work presure will haunt you even in your dreams if at all you get time to sleep. Highest order of politics which defines how fast/slow you grow. Being a YES man is the first step to growth here. Promotions are predecided based on how good of a bootlicker you are here and review process is just a formality. HR team is filled with incapable and inexperience youngsters who have zero accountability of employee wellbeing, policies or work culture. So called unlimited leave policy where you need to beg to get even a couple of days off. And even on those days you are "Expected to be available" as stated in the HR policy. Humans are treated with absolutely no respect, no personal boundaries and like slaves. Zero empathy culture driven straight from CEO till the managers. HRs say we dont do layoffs but employees as silently pressured to put down their papers because of internal politics or cost cutting, stating poor performance.

Worst toxic company to work for

Pros

Fancy office with amenities you wont have time to you or will be judged if you use them. No other pros

Cons

Worst culture you can ever experience in any company. Complete dog eat dog mentality where your colleagues and higher ups are trying to backstab you to go higher. Completely politics driven culture where few people suck up to the heads and make their way towards growth. So called unlimited leaves is a joke where you have to ask for permission for everything. Taking work from home will trigger managers & heads. Absolute trash of a work life balance where you can expect work coming towards you at any hour of the day. Freshers are hired as managers and are paid more than experience people of the same team The analytics leadership lacks even a single ounce of professionalism from the way he dresses to the way he speaks. Constantly tries to be the funny guy cracking sexist, fatphobic and homophobic jokes without thinking what he is saying and how the other person would feel. He forms an opinion on people based on his gossips with his bootlicking reportees and holds on to it forever. Please ensure you know how to play badminton before coming to this company and it is a primary skill for growth here. Everything is a blame game here with insults and humiliation which is drive straight from the CEO. Leaders and managers have no back bone and are 100% conformists. HR dept and policies are a joke. If you have even the slightest sense of morality or sincerity and value your life and time even for a bit ,dont join here
