Pros

No pros that I can think of.

Cons

Brunswick/ Navico Group made the decision to exit many of the senior managers from the former Navico and replace them with people from within Brunswick. These managers don't understand Navico or the marine electronics market, they don't understand the direct B2B channel as they have only worked with distributors. They don't believe in relationships with their staff or dealers, they are both just numbers. The company has no direction, it full of managers that can't make decisions and are weak leaders.

Pros

Vending machines have a pretty good selection. I can't lie....Watching the house burn while management is making the beds has some entertainment value too.

Cons

The list is way to long. It is really sad. If you can live by the following rules....you career and your sanity might survive the experience. 1. “It all pays the same.” • No matter how many times you do the same thing. No matter how many times you repeat it, or whatever you do… It all pays the same. 2. “If you care about it more than they do, you will only be disappointed.” • If they waste it, destroy it, or let it die. It will only serve to hurt you, when you care too much. 3. “Never feed the neighbor’s dog, because then they never will.” • By solving someone else’s problem and taking it off their hands means …to them the problem no longer exists, and it now belongs to you. Your ingenuity becomes your responsibility. 4. “It is never a good idea unless it is their idea.” • The key to your happiness should not be in some else’s pocket. Refer back to rule number two. 5. "Temporary solutions here become permanent problems for you" • Refer back to rule number three. Your ingenuity becomes your responsibility AGAIN!
